Present Peace
In times of stress it's easy to get swept away in fear, wondering what the next moment will hold, or how you'll get through it. This is when we need to connect to Spirit, for guidance, support and strength. The message I heard, Just do the work before you and the rest will come. Don’t worry about the future, or even the next day. In this moment, what do you need to take care of? What will bring peace to your soul now? This allows you to move forward in the present with peace instead of fear. Give yourself peace by being in the moment. Allow yourself to feel what’s on your heart and have your own thoughts and beliefs, even when others might not agree. You are unique, and when you suppress your spirit or your expression, it can create dis-ease, tension and pain. Allow your emotions to flow. Take time to check-in and take care of yourself- mentally, emotionally, physically. Align with people who support your vision. Let go of things or people that drain your energy. It’s OK to say no. It’s OK to rest. It’s OK to be you. When you’re in alignment with your spirit, your soul, you’ll be guided to what you need to make your vision a reality. You’ll be in a higher vibration, and the right people and opportunities will vibrate into your life, just as the wrong ones will leave. Trust yourself, your guidance. Take a chance on you!
